The virtual sample is a visual guide, not the final production proof.

Previously saved artwork may be reused when available.

Eligible sample credit may be used on a future bulk order.

Can different pen colours be ordered together?
Yes. Enter a separate quantity for each available colour. The combined quantity must meet the product’s minimum order requirement.
Is the virtual sample free?
Yes. It allows you to preview your logo or text on the product. The virtual sample is a visual guide and not the final production proof.
When do I provide my artwork?
Select the colours and quantities and add the product to your cart. You can then provide your logo, text and customization instructions through the artwork section.
Can I order a physical sample first?
Yes, when samples are available for that product. Sample orders use a separate checkout and require online payment through SSLCommerz.
When will production begin?
Production begins only after the required payment has been confirmed and you have approved the final artwork, spelling, colours, placement and order details.
Can customized products be returned?
Customized products generally cannot be returned because of a change of mind after production. Defective or incorrectly produced items are handled according to KumuGroup’s Return and Refund Policy.
How will the order be delivered?
Orders are dispatched through an appropriate courier partner based on the destination, parcel size and weight. Courier information is provided when available.
