Artwork and sample approval

Where applicable, your artwork and virtual sample are prepared for approval before mass production begins.

Production and dispatch

Production begins after the required approval. Tracking or courier information is provided after dispatch.

Never share your PIN, password or OTP

KumuGroup representatives will never ask for your banking PIN, card password or one-time password. Always complete payment through the official checkout page.

Payment FAQ

What does 30% advance and 70% COD mean?
You pay 30% of the eligible order amount online to confirm the order. The remaining 70% is collected through the courier as cash on delivery. Applicable delivery and partial-payment charges will be displayed separately.
Is there an extra charge for partial payment?
A partial-payment processing charge may apply when you choose the 30% advance option. The exact amount will be displayed at checkout before you confirm the payment. This charge is not applied when you pay 100% in advance.
Can physical samples be ordered with cash on delivery?
No. Physical sample orders require full online payment through the dedicated sample checkout. Sample pricing and delivery charges are shown before payment.
What should I do if payment fails but money is deducted?
Do not immediately attempt repeated payments. Save the transaction ID, payment screenshot and order number, then contact KumuGroup. Failed transactions may also be automatically reversed by the payment provider or bank.
When does production begin?
Production begins after the required advance payment and approval of the final artwork or virtual sample, where applicable. The estimated production timeline depends on the product and order quantity.
Are payments refundable?
Refund eligibility depends on the order status, product customization and KumuGroup’s Return and Refund Policy. Customized production cannot normally be cancelled once production has started.
