What happens after I place my order?
After receiving your order, our representative will contact you to confirm the product, colour quantities, branding requirements and delivery information. Customized orders proceed to production only after payment confirmation and approval of the virtual sample.
Will I receive a virtual sample before production?
Yes. We will prepare a digital virtual sample using your logo, text and preferred print position. Production will begin only after you approve the design. Minor differences in colour or positioning may occur depending on the product material and printing method.
How long will production and delivery take?
Delivery generally takes up to 5 working days within Dhaka and up to 10 working days outside Dhaka after payment and design approval. Large quantities, specially sourced products or complex printing may require additional time. We will confirm the estimated delivery date before production.
Can customized products be cancelled or returned?
You may request a cancellation before production begins. Once an approved customized order enters production, it cannot be cancelled or returned for a change of mind. If you receive damaged, defective or incorrectly customized products, contact us within 48 hours with photos or an unboxing video so we can arrange an appropriate solution. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
How does the 30% advance payment work?
You can confirm your order by paying 30% in advance. The remaining 70% can be paid through courier Cash on Delivery when you receive the products. You may also choose to pay the full amount online where available.
