What is a physical sample order?
A physical sample lets you inspect the actual product, colour, material, finish and overall quality before placing a bulk customized order. You can order available sample products directly from this page.
Will the sample product fee be credited to my account?
Yes. After successful payment, the eligible sample product fee will be added to your KumuGroup account as sample credit. You can use this credit toward a future qualifying bulk order.
Delivery charges are not included in the account credit.
How much is sample delivery?
Sample delivery charges are calculated separately based on your delivery location and will be shown during checkout.
The delivery fee is not refundable or convertible into account credit.
How do I pay for a physical sample?
Physical sample orders must be paid online through our secure payment gateway. Cash on Delivery is not available for sample orders.
Once payment is completed successfully, we will begin processing your sample order.
Will the physical sample include my logo or branding?
Standard physical samples are mainly provided so you can check the actual product, colour, build quality and finish.
If you need custom printing or branding on a physical sample, please contact our team before placing the order to confirm availability and any additional requirements.
You can also use our Virtual Sample feature to preview your logo or text on the product digitally.
How long will it take to receive my sample?
We normally process sample orders as quickly as possible after successful payment. Delivery time depends on your location, product availability and courier service.
Our team will contact you if any additional confirmation is required before dispatch.
Can I order more than one colour or product as a sample?
Yes. You can add multiple available sample products or colours to your Sample Cart, subject to sample inventory availability.
This is useful if you want to compare different colours or models before deciding on your bulk order.
Can I return or exchange a physical sample?
Because physical samples are provided specifically for product evaluation, sample orders are generally non-returnable unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
If there is an issue with your sample, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving it.
